Description:
Shredder is a heavy-duty, wide-form shredder that provides superior, high volume performance. Ideal for large offices with 10 or more users. The C-480 is powered by a heavy-duty 1.9hp thermally protected motor that shreds 36 to 38 sheets into 7/32" strips per pass as fast as 20' per minute. The extra wide 16" paper entry and built-in paper tray, combined with an auto start/stop function, allows continuous feeding of 132-column paper. Durable, hardened-steel cutters accept credit cards, staples and small paper clips while a designated safety slot accepts CDs. Shredder shuts off automatically and alerts operator with troubleshooting indicator lights when a jam occurs, door is ajar or 37.5 gallon waste bag is full.
