Description:
With a continuous-duty motor, this mobile, heavy-duty shredder can destroy entire computer listings and shred store and credit cards as well as CDs and floppy disks. Shred 27 sheets of 20 lb. paper at 27' per minute into 1/8" x 1-1/2" cross-cut pieces (Security Level 3). Two solid steel, cutting cylinders are subject to practically no wear and no sharpening and are made with a laser-cut and special heat-treating process for a more precise cut. Patented, V-TEK cutting-groove technology creates higher cutting capacity with lower power requirements. Jam-Stop Auto Reverse Technology prevents jams when trying to shred too much paper. Easy paper removal with no downtime increases productivity. Totally enclosed gear box helps reduce noise and prevents failure from dust and debris getting into the gears. TAA-compliant shredder also offers a 15-4/5" throat, photoelectric cell for automatic start/stop control, and 39 gallon waste bin with a reusable collecting bag.
