Description:
Deskside micro-cut shredder features high security with small shred particles and a 100 percent Jam-Proof System that electronically measures paper thickness to eliminate paper jams and power through tough jobs. Red indicator lights will glow to alert that the shredder is overfed. Simply remove the excess paper to resume shredding. Shredder cuts 12 sheets of paper at a time into 5/64" x 12/32" micro-cut pieces that are 10 times smaller than standard cross-cut pieces. With a continuous duty cycle, shredder shreds 16' per minute and accepts CDs, DVDs, credit cards and staples. Mess Reduction Feature reduces flyaway shreds and prevents paper buildup on cutting system. SilentShred Operation feature shreds quietly for shared workspaces. SafeSense Technology stops the shredder immediately when hands are too close to the paper opening. 16 gallon waste bin holds at least 80 percent more paper per gallon than standard cross-cut shredders. Shredder rolls from desk to desk on four casters.
