Description:
UPS backup system features six adapter-sized outlets, a 6' cord and a battery runtime of up to 20 minutes. System guards against surges, spikes, sags, brownouts and other abnormalities. Included Personal Edition Software automatically saves and closes open files, and then safely shuts down the computer. Backup system offers 15 amp circuit breaker; 425VA rating; 230 watts; 100V-140V input voltage in utility; 120V +/- 5 percent output voltage on matter: 60Hz output frequency on battery; 585 Joule rating; and 1 RJ11 input/1 output. To pick the correct UPS system, total the watt requirements of your equipment and add 30 percent extra capacity to ensure the battery backup will function. If your equipment does not give a wattage rating, simply multiply amps x volts to get your watt requirement. UPS systems are not designed for printers, fax machines, heaters or fans.
